Flower arrangements substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. All arrangement sale orders are final NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!!!!!!!!!

In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used, if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.

For one -of -a-kind flower arrangements, such as all Tulips or all roses we will make an attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.
The vase may de substituted as well.

Terms of return 24 Hours a picture of the arrangement or plants picture must be sent in text before 24 Hours and we will pick up arrangement or you can drop off and will be replaced if said arrangement shows signs of wilting
State of return - it has to show signs of wilting
Reason for return - Has to be wilting
Process for return - reach out, send picture text, shows signs of wilting and replace
Process of refund - No Refund
